General Terms and Conditions of AltWearUK.com.

“We”, “us, “our”, “the vendor” means AltWearUK.com.
“You”, “your” means the person ordering products under these terms and conditions.
“Working days” means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
“Product”, “item” means the product or products you have ordered from us.

All goods supplied by AltWearUK.com remain the property of the vendor until such time as they are paid for in full.

All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to AltWearUK.com within 14 days of the delivery date.

All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at a rate of 17.5%.

All products shown on this website may vary slightly from the images displayed.

AltWearUK.com will not be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information being given, declined payment cards or delays in the Royal Mail postal service. Any unforseen costs due to incorrect information being given will be the responsibilty of the customer.

No material on this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way. All material is the copyright of AltWearUK.com.

All Packages returned to us as 'unclaimed' via the Royal Mail will be subject to an additional postage charge before being reshipped.

Returns by post are made at your risk and we do not accept liability for any returns which get lost in the post. We recommend all returns are sent via Recorded Delivery.

Refunds will be credited to your payment card, Paypal account, Nochex account, or via cheque or postal order. Refunds will not be paid in cash.

All orders made by you through this web site are subject to acceptance and availability. We have the right to refuse your order for any reason.

Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information. AltWearUK.com reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when the products have been delivered to you.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected.

AltWearUK.com reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at their own discretion and without prior notice.

Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date which you first use the site.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
